Hard to know what to write! It wouldn't be a bad budget accommodation if they just gave the place a face-lift. Carpet in corridors are very old and faded. Rooms - I think we got the worst one and honestly the photos are nothing like what's inside. We paid extra for the superior double with aircon and well....tiny. The free toiletries are in fact a refillable shower gel and one little soap bar so if you are counting on that then don't! Breakfast is OK and dinner we ate a few nights - salad is the best part of it! My partner said the chicken was tasty though. Rosa and Laura in the restaurant are very friendly and pleasant people. Reception staff could be a little more helpful - sometimes felt like you were annoying them. The cleaning staff are excellent and the rooms are spotless with fresh towels daily. Pool area OK but only a short walk to the beach. Good location. If we had gotten a better room we probably would consider returning as it is cheap for a week.

The hotel was very clean and staff lovely Breakfast was good and plentiful - regularly restocked Rooms ( our was a superior!!) were basic and could do with brightening up- bathroom smelt - we brought an air freshener- but it didn't seem to help- waste bin in bedroom would have been useful- doors slammed easily- perhaps install "soft close" hinges- walls paper thin- so you could hear everything going on in neighbouring rooms but I'm not sure what can be done about that- having said all of the above - we would definitely stay again Pool and plunge pool were lovely and very clean

The breakfast was really good! There is a lot of variety, but there’s not “hot” foods such as scrambled eggs etc., but there was many types of bread, fruit, yoghurt etc.🥚🍑🍅🍉 We had a room without a balcony and it was totally okay! Not a necessity, cause we had a big window we could open if we wanted. 🪟 The bathroom is just like the pictures, for our room at least! There is also nice air conditioning where you could select exactly which temperature you want 🌡️ The room was really nice, and we had a mini fridge to store our own food. The cleaning staff provides 2 small water bottles EVERY day!💧 The pool is massive and really nice, and there is outside showers and lots of sunbeds on the grasspart. The bar is cheap compared to what it cost in the city.🍹 Like many others state, it has way more value than 1-star hotel. Sure, it’s a bit further away from the beach, but it’s really only a 15-minute walk and if you’re used to walking, it’s no big deal 🚶♂️

OK, so let me start this off with my main view. This hotel is far better than the 1 star rating suggests. Staff were excellent in all departments. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable for us. The pool area was also well kept if lacking in a few more shade umbrellas. Buffet breakfast ( continental ) was ample with a great choice for most dietary needs. We were flying home late in the evening and wanted to extend our room stay, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible, but the reception staff did some checking and managed to get us a smaller room on the same floor. This was very much appreciated. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Excellent all round. Continental breakfast was welcome and healthy. Evening food (we were 1/2 board) was high quality and cooked really well. Pool area and bar relaxing (never noisy) and on-site food and drinks good value. We have stayed before (15 years ago and then 7 years ago). Not a lot has changed - hope it doesn't. It still is a lovely hotel and the town/beaches are only about 10 mins. walk.

best stay of my life! The rooms were so clean and spacious with AC, the bathrooms were lovely and the place in general was beautiful. The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. the bartender Balbino was a delight to talk to at night, always making me and my family laugh and trying to teach me Spanish when i was ordering drinks and just made the stay that much better. the walk to the beach was a 10-15 minuet walk and there was so much to see and it was just out of the way enough for it to be quiet at night. i will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely loved it here. We were unsure on our arrival as the hotel is hidden in the public carpark and doesn't do the first impressions justice. As soon as we walked in the Reception we were greeted with lovely friendly staff. We had 2 rooms booked for a family of 5 adults & teenagers. We didn't have a balcony but we had air con which was needed. The rooms were basic but had all we needed. We went down the the bar and the staff could not do enough for us, we met Balbino who was lovely. The pool area is great, clean and well equipped. The bar lunches were good and again the staff could not do enough for us. The breakfast was great, everything was clean and fresh and there was so much choice, the staff were fantastic. Staying here absolutely made our holiday. It is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Tossa De Mar and then you can retreat back here by the pool or at the outside bar area. We loved every minute are really felt sad to leave the hotel and the staff. We will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed for 6 nights. Excellent value for money. Clean air conditioned room with mini bar restocked with water and soft drinks daily for free. Room cleaned daily. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great value dinner buffet. Great pool area and bar. Quiet location 15 minute walk to beach. Would definately stay again.

Like other reviews we definitely feel that the star rating for this hotel should be higher than it is because of the great pool area, the helpful staff, tasty food and general cleanliness. However, there are issues. The walls are paper thin (could even hear the next door occupant snoring!). Our room had no air conditioning and, although there was a ceiling fan, the temperature was stifling. We did think about leaving the balcony doors open at night but this allowed tobacco smoke to drift in from adjacent balconies. The hotel is in a great location and if it wasn’t for these issues we would have no hesitation in returning.
