Emplacement pratique en centre ville.

Chambre d'hôtel vétuste, petite; lavabo avec un robinet même vissé, branlant à chaque ouverture de l'eau,clim défectueuse,la télé ne fonctionnée que pour 3 chaînes, fenêtre de la chambre qui ne fermait pas complètement, sur notre petit balcon nous avions la sortie des clips des autres chambres en continu tte la nuit,de plus lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous nous sommes reposés sur le lit,porte verrouillée quand une femme de service ouvre la porte avec son passe sans s'annoncer, aucune excuse en repartant,les WC tellement petit qu'on été obligé de s'asseoir sur la cuvette pour pousser la porte qui se plus ne fermait pas;par deux fois nous avons signalé tout ces problèmes à la réception qui nous écoutaient par politesse mais qui s'en fichait. complètement.J'ai demandé une autre chambre mais il n'y en avait pas d'autres alors que hôtel était loin d'être complet! Hôtel à éviter.En 2 nuits on a vu 5 personnes différentes à la réception ! Plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds dans ce soit disant hôtel !

The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the train station and at most 15 minutes to get to the harbor where a lot of restaurants are located. So very easy to from for train or food. The hotel is also close to Place Libertie where many of the buses have stops. Convenient location.

A small gem ..mostly quiet with a few guest slamming doors or crying kids ..but great view, location , and nice simple breakfast ..ask for 02 rooms they look west at corner only problem was microwave was locked up need access.no frig ....it has an elevator of which other three older hotels do not . Has a survey .

The staff.
I booked this room, without any expectations l, based oh the proximity to the port and the train station and the moderate price. I would recommend this hotel based on the friendly, knowledgeable, kind staff.
The room is small but I had everything I needed.

Terrible experience overall.
Awful reception staff with an anti-customer attitude that I’ve almost never seen at any hotel. I asked for late checkout a few minutes before 11, as my family was nit as yet all packed, something that, in my experience, hotels ate happy to provide where necessary and where new guests aren’t waiting in the lobby for their rooms, but was told no, I had to be out if my room in a few minutes. Unbelievable. Terribly customer antagonistic.
Hotel design nice but room cramped and a tiny shower that insisted on putting water out into the floor. Wifi very slow.
A very bad experience overall. This hotel should be avoided.
