Residence de Diane

Plusieurs incidents ont eu lieu, premièrement problème de baignoire qui laisse l'eau partir, donc impossible de prendre un bain, ensuite eau froide. ( j'ai fais intervenir une personne, elle m'a dit qu'effectivement c'est peut être à cause de la réservation précédente qui a utilisé toute l'eau chaude). Deuxièmement qui n'est pas des moindres.... à la réception, une personne a donné mon numéro de chambre à un homme, sans me prévenir, ni même vérifié sa carte d'identité. Je trouve ca extremement grave. Le pire étant, que la personne m'a dit " j'ai essayé de vous joindre sur le tel de la chambre ça ne fonctionne pas", euh... j'ai un téléphone portable + adresse mail au cas où... bref. On me transfert de chambre, très bien. Douche qui fonctionne avec eau chaude, mais chambre pas à la hauteur de la précédente. Donc le lendemain je demande à revenir dans la précédente. On me dit que non c'est pas possible à cause du ménage. Certes je comprends, mais bon.... fallait pas donné mon numéro de chambre et donner une chambre avec les prestations minimum dont j'ai payé ( avoir de l'eau chaude). Très déçue en sachant que j'étais déjà venu et que j'aimais beaucoup l'hôtel. Pas sur d'y revenir.

酒店房間很大。有一個沙發床。難得的步行街上還有這麼大的房間。住慣了國內的酒店，到歐洲的酒店沒幾個是大房間的。

A villa-type hotel, with full kitchen facilities: stove, oven, dish washer etc. car parked in own garage in front of the room. Lidl nearby. Nice environment. An excellent hotel to stay!

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim. There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away. Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

Great big room over two floors for a family of 4 Clean sheets and towels Easy parking Good black out blinds Small kitchen which we could have made a snack dinner . Downside it was a Sunday and no where open for food

The hotel is lovely, parking was fine too, the rooms were spacious, clean and tidy The swimming pool was ok, a bit small for the size of the hotel but it was a great addition when you have been driving from the U.K. can recommend the Chinese restaurant which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, lovely food Would stay again

The pool was under renovation and no communication was made on the ******* site about it. During reservation, I paid extra to have the "Reserve and pay at property" to be able to pay with a debit and not a credit card. Imagine my surprise when during the check out, the receptionist told me that the amount was already taken from my credit card without any request.

Stayed one night here. Room large and good bathroom, was in a quite area as asked. Breakfast of good quality. The bar is open any time and you can have a drink late . Parking available at the room, very pleasant. Nice swimming pool. If in the area will take this hotel again.

Stayed here for a week to work remote whilst visiting family. The WiFi was excellent. Nice size room with a kitchenette and a patio. The bed was very comfy. The room was a bit dated, but was very clean. Really nice pool
