前台小哥竟然會講中文，着實是個驚喜，長得也很帥，嘻嘻。房間也錯，所在的園區環境也不錯。周圍人不多，有一個lidl可以逛，不過走路要20分鐘

We were surprised at how remote the hotel was. Taxi cost 25Euros from train station to this hotel and then, without a car, there was no food nearby except the 10E pizzas (tasty) the hotel offered and 5E beer. there was free transport to the airport. breakfast is not free, but 12.50Euros. Another surprise was that to use the kitchen in your room, there was an additional 10E charge.

The Appart City Toulouse Purpan residence is located west of the city center of Toulouse on the outskirts. The residence is large and has many apar**ents. The apar**ent is air-conditioned and clean and modern is equipped with a kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The parking space is paying, 4€ during your stay, and is secure and under video surveillance. A small outdoor swimming pool to relax. The price of an apar**ent for 4 people is very attractive, it is advisable to make a reservation before your departure during the summer season because the residence is always displayed full.

Nice stay, clean pool and excellent staff. Helpful with public transportation, if you have no car. Few place to eat in the near vicinity (and the few are closed for holidays in august)... Overall a nice place if you like to stay close to the airport.

The hotel charged me 50E for canceling, even though it was to be free of charge. hotel confirmed they charged it without reason, but the contact stopped after. deffinately wouldn't reccomend it to no one.

Booked this property solely for the free airport shuttle. Confirmed the night before but then was told the next morning it was unavailable. Had to pay 30 euros for a cab. Lights in room didn’t work and neither did the front gate. Do not recommend.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, they have a quick Check-in and Check-out process. Reception was able to respond to all questions.
Things to consider:
- Make sure you ask the receptionist if all good with your booking, at the time I checked in they did not charge the City tax of about 11 euros if you do not pay it it will happens that you will not be able to access your room.
- If you do not speak French try to express it at first when at reception.
Overall experience was good.
