L'Albergo Vittoria è ormai uno dei nostri punti di riferimento quando siamo a Trapani. Il personale in Reception ed in sala colazioni è sempre gentile e disponibile. Uscendo dall'hotel, sulla destra sarete a pochi passi dal lungomare dove ci sono varie spiaggette. E' l'ideale perchè magari non sempre si ha voglia di prendere l'auto ed allontanarsi, quindi potrete farvi qualche ora di mare in tutta tranquillità. Sarete nel pieno centro città di Trapani, a pochi metri dal centro storico. Attraversando i giardini di Villa Margherita, quasi di fronte all'hotel, e proseguendo a pochi metri entrerete nel centro storico. Una bella passeggiata dopo le prelibatezze che mangerete ci sta tutta! Tornando all'Hotel, ha diverse camere ormai completamente ristrutturate, questa volta abbiamo avuto una matrimoniale dalla cui finestra si vedeva lateralmente il lungomare e frontalmente la città. Molto bella! La colazione è varia ed abbondante e ci sono prodotti che accontentano un pò tutti. Vicino all'hotel troverete tutti i servizi a voi necessari. Per noi è straconsigliato

Confortevole con camera spaziosa. Vicino al mare ed in posizione centrale in modo da raggiungere in 10 minuti sia il centro storico che la parte moderna della città. Tutto il Personale gentile. Ottimi i pasti e bravissima la cuoca.

Ottimo hotel situato in centro e vicino alla spiaggia. Abbiamo prenotato lo stesso giorno e ci hanno dato una camere superiore. La stanza era molto grande preceduta da un salottino. Il bagno enorme con doccia e vasca. La colazione è abbondante e varia.
Davanti l'albergo si trova un grande parcheggio pubblico a pagamento dalle 9 alle 24 in estate.

A wonderful place with super friendly staff. I het were super hospitable, letting me work in their lobby and serving me free drinks. After coming back a couple of days later, they did not mind that I took place again without a reservation. I would recommend this place.

Loved the staff of this hotel. They more than made up for anything lacking in the hotel. Front desk staff and housekeepers were amazing.
The waiters at breakfast were also very professional.

The hotel had good rating, so I booked a room for one person on my business trip. The receptionist was welcoming. Hotel is very old-fashioned & semi-worn. The corridors and rooms have this damp smell. All the upholstered furniture were damp due to high moisture in the air. Perhaps increasing ventilation and heating would help? Also, my room had visible mold spot & moisture damage in the ceiling as well as on the wall bahind aircon. The room was ok size for one and considering the price, it was ok. walls were thin as paper and I could hear other guests talking, sneezing, coming from the bar at 2am etc. Breakfast was very basic, the cakes were dry and juices way too sweet. I would give a 6 or 7 rating for the experience, although the location is good by the beach and the views were great from the 5th floor.

Breakfast was terrible! Flies everywhere- the staff had to cover cheese, meat, fruit - everything, with towels to keep the flies away ☹️
