A 4 star hotel that’s more operated as an B+B. Only a reception and a breakfast service. When we checked in we got downgraded. After mention the situation we got a room according to the booking. At night we heard loud music from the neighbors. Nothing changed even after 3 calls. Furthermore the electricity was tuned of every 30min for 6 times. Next day we experienced the same noice in the afternoon. We insisted on a change of a room. Recommend everyone not to stay in this facility.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

Hôtel bruyant de l’intérieur. Personnel froid et peu investis. Manque d’équipements pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

The reception are friendly upon arrival and helpful. The room is beautiful with premium bedding, floor to ceiling windows, spacious, a small table with 2 chairs and mini fridge in the wardrobe. For me a plus was a full length mirror and modern air con. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. The rooftop bar, sun terrace and pool are perfect with complimentary towels. Breakfast ok, location couldn’t be better.

The location is very convenient as it is next to the big parking area and there is also parking along the street in front of the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast area is beautiful. Unfortunately the room is not sound proof and you can hear noises from the next room. Bring your own toiletries as they only have one type of wash for body and hair (no conditioner available).

We travelled with our 18 month old, they prepared a lovely cot for him and he slept very well! Staff were hospitable and helpful ! Breakfast was plentiful! The hotel's location is excellent close to shops, restaurants and a walk away from the old town of Trapani. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!
