Room was not clean. Hairs were in the corners of the bathroom and found in our bed. Towel warmer and bedit did not work. Doors needed repainting and tile floor was dirty.

We were on first floor overlooking parking lot and the blackout blind wouldn’t close. We had light shining in room all night. The person working front desk had no idea how to help😕

This property was super clean, friendly front desk (Jessica), and seemed very new. The room was clean and very modern with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk woman very unfriendly. Never smiled or asked how anything was. Not good on check in. She didn’t make you feel welcome

Some rooms were being remodeled and workers were in and out. There was a dirty rag on a coat hook when we entered the room. The front desk gave us towels when we asked because housekeeping never came to the room in 3 days. The breakfast was good. This hotel was convenient and the area is easy to get in and out of.

Nice clean place to stay. Great breakfast. There were a couple things not working in my room and the shower could use some updating.

When we got there the elevator was broke and there wasn’t hot water. The staff did their best with the situation and it was fixed by the end of the next day. Luckily we had family down the road to shower. We’ve stayed here before and will again, this time was not pleasant.
