The unit and surrounding area was so clean! It was updated inside and had beautiful landscaping outside. There is an area to sit at the front door and a patio area in the back. It was a bit of a hike walking to John's Pass but there was a bus stop right outside that I assume takes you there. The beaches are across the street. There is a full kitchen here also. We only stayed one night but would love to stay longer another time. Note there is traffic noise but if you run the air conditioning or a fan it could drown that out.

Great place! Just a block from the beach access, and short walk to restaurants and shops. Very clean. Has everything you need! Bed was comfy too. Pool is a nice bonus! Definitely would stay again!

Easy to find, quick check-in process, frequent and clear communication leading up to check-in, property staff easily available by phone and friendly, clean & spacious room and property was neat and cared for. Great stay and would stay again.

We had a good time staying at the Silver Sands! The property was convenient to access the beach and other areas around such as John’s Pass.
The sofa bed was unfortunately quite old and doesn’t work well so one of our guest had to just sleep on the sofa. The cleaners will only come if you put the supply card outside before 9am so don’t forget to do that or they won’t give you any supplies even if you email them. You will have only one parking spot, be aware of the limited space if other guests park too close to you.

Great location to St. Pete’s, Clearwater, Tampa. Condo is cozy. Manager checked on us daily to ensure everything was good.
