wonderful staff and motel! very clean , well maintained and so comfortable! loved the heated swimming pool. very clean and well maintained. rooms were so clean, almost looked new. beds and pillows very comfortable. the outdoor area of motel very well taken care of. can't wait to return there soon! peter and bonnie and eric and staff so kind and helpful to me. i highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel, updated with a mini kitchen suite, hot shower and beautiful grounds. Bed was comfy, room super clean. Owners keep everything top notch. We spent a few days here and enjoyed swimming in the pool and basking in the Florida sunshine!

Room was spacious had all we needed, very clean. Owners provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels which was exceptional since we flew down. Easy walk to the beach. Very safe area felt comfortable the entire stay. 8ft pool was absolutely wonderful!!! Will definitely stay here again. Owners were very nice!

I loved this place, cozy and clean, very neat green areas, beautiful surroundings, perfect pool. Their hosts are very friendly and attentive to any requirements. Great location just a few meters away from the spectacular beach, places to eat and shopping.

Do not stay at this place the woman at the desk is very rude I called on the phone and asked her about the room that was on a website she said it was available I got there she was very rude would not give me the room told me to try and go somewhere else and I heard under her breath say you Americans stay away used to be a nice place!!!

Do not stay here. Staff was rude and appeared ******. After our experience with the front desk manager, my daughter asked, why was he mean to us and nice to the our guests? This was very hard to explain.

We spent a little bit more that a week here at Beachside resort !!! Is and other family and we had 2 rooms !! That is our 2 time in Treasure island and our 2 time in Beachside. We love this place and location. Super friendly welcoming owners. Clean, great, comfortable and spacious rooms - plenty space for everyone - we have 3 kids ;) great location👍 - close to stores, restaurants and many different attractions!! Heated pool at the resort, games, grills on the property;) walking distance to the beach!!!! Super friendly and always helpful owners available at anytime;) They are willing to share any knowledge regarding restaurants, rental places , fun things to do or interesting things to see in the area. We will be back soon for sure and staying here again :) thank you Bonnie, Peter and Arek for great time !!!

I wanted a family-friendly small hotel. This was the perfect site in Treasure Island. The room was modern and clean. Included refrigerator, microwave, free wifi and flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable. The premise is well maintained with ample parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the pool since the ocean was a short walk to the beach.Great location. Highly recommended for couples and families with kids.
