Our third time here and still the best value in Treasurer Island. Clean, nice free breakfast and a quick check in. Close to great restaurants and the beach across the street. Had a marina view.

I reserved a gulf view which was more expensive than a standard room. When I checked in the front desk said Trip.com booked a standard room and they didn’t have any gulf view rooms left. So they told me to contact Trip.com for refund on room.

We booked this room at the last minute because sharing a room at the Bilmar with our adult son wasn’t working out (loud snorer!). This room was much much better then The Bilmar! Quieter (there was construction right outside our door at Bilmar), cheaper, and the room was much nicer. Staff was very nice at the Bilmar, though. We were in town for a wedding.

I really had a great stay. I would suggest they update some things. The card readers weren’t the greatest. There was no information posted, or inside the room. Had no idea where simple things like the ice machine was located. They have WiFi, but never gave the info to login. Lots of basic details were lacking.
Room was comfortable, and clean. The staff was great. If I come back, I would stay again.

There is an outdoor bar that BLASTS music until 11 pm making it impossible to sit on the porch. If your room isn’t down on the far end or on the backside the music can be heard even if the door is closed.
Other than that, the place is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Would definitely recommend if the music is turned down

Our balcony was our hangout for good breezes and views . Very private and comfortable for morning coffee. The wet bar area was also a nice feature. Excellent location could walk everywhere. The social/bar area overlooking the t.i. beach would be great for evenings above 60 degrees! Overall we were very happy with this property.

Not happy the free breakfast was taken away. Pay to park is not good. I stayed the last two years may look elsewhere next trip.

Was unaware of parking charges when booking. No compensation offered for elevator being broke and staying on the third floor.
