I have been living in France for quite some time now. Nevertheless as an international Management coach I often have trainings/coaching for my European collegues near Charles de Gaulle airport. And believe me I have tried every hotel in a 5 miles radius. I have never given my opinions on trip advisor as each hotel was either bland (to say the least), a real machine...in you come, out you go, or really over the top, with the price that goes with ! I have finely found that rare pearl, a family run hotel. I first came 6 weeks ago, and my assistant booked a standard room (not great...I must say). On my return I was greeted by my family name, and the lovely lady on reception asked me how had been my first stay...I replied "the room was really small, but the welcome, the decor, and the restaurant was lovely...not to mention the AMAZING food !" She smiled and said I should upgrade to a superior room, which I did. The cost,20 euros more, which is peanuts for the difference and quality. So, Lovely room, overlooking the garden, Fantastic staff, Fabulous food, and a "family welcome ! Will I be back, of course ! Will be able to make a booking (not sure...as I have given my praise now, on Trip Advisor for their wonderfull hospitality), but I hope so....Forget the Ibis, Sofitel, Hilton etc...This place is wonderful ! My only regret, is not to come in the summer, and enjoy an amazing meal in the hotels beautiful gardens ! To all the team in Acadia..be proud of yourselfs...you do an absolutely fantastic job of making your customers feel at home, welcome and special ! A Huge BRAVO !

Estuve alojada en este hotel durante 30 días. Me sentí como en casa. Muy lindo, bien decorado, limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, los trabajadores muy amables. Todo lo que necesitamos lo resolvieron. El servicio de desayuno muy bueno. El bar también. Totalmente recomendado. Salimos muy satisfechos. Un abrazo bien grande a su jefe y a todo el equipo en nombre de los cubanos.

L'agent d'acceuil etait plutot sympa, mais nous ne savions pas à quelle heure nous pouvions quitter l'hôtel au matin. Et je n'ai pas pensé à demander dû à son, "Bah je n'ai rien d'autre à vous dire, passez un bon séjour" Nous n'avions pas de ticket à mettre sur la porte, nous avions donc étaient réveillées par la femme de chambre ouvrant la porte de bon matin. Concernant cette porte. Celle-ci ne fermait pas totalement !!!! Ce qui fait que nous pouvions entendre TOUT ce qu'il se passait dans les couloirs, et nous pouvions entendre la porte bouger comme elle ne ferme pas totalement !!!! Les joints de la douches sont noir, c'est complètement à refaire. La porte de la salle de bain... qui est une porte coulissante, à un gap de plusieurs centimètres. Ce qui te laisse apprécier le bruit de ton ou ta partenaire faire sa ou ses commissions... C'est une honte pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ! Aussi des traces de salissures sur les palmes de la climatisation... Plus jamais !!!!

Cet hôtel restaurant a été relooké entièrement il y a quelques mois et c’est c’est très réussi. L’ambiance cosy et classe respire la qualité. Belle chambre avec toutes les fonctionnalités, écran tv xxl et lit hyper confortable. Le restaurant est toujours aussi bon. Bref un rapport qualité parfois aux portes de l’aéroport de CDG.

Très mauvais acceuil, fait 900km pour venir au parc des expositions, la prochaine fois je choisirai me formule 1 à proximité, je prendrai moins de risque ainsi... établissement absolument pas à la hauteur de ce à quoi on est en droit d'attendre !

Accueil pitoyable, chambre étant censée être dispo à 15h, n'hésite pas à faire poiroter ses clients jusqu'à 18h au soleil en en ayant absolument rien à faire. À éviter absolument , de nombreux hôtels dans les alentours font bien plus l'affaire avec plus de considération envers les clients !!!

Un hôtel fort sympathique, tout comme le personnels qui est à l écoute et bichonne leurs clients. Le restaurant n est pas en reste avec un cuisinier hors pair. Quand vous rencontrer le patron vous comprenez d où vient cette ambiance et cette qualité. Je vous recommande cet hôtel vivement.

C’est simplement parfait. Personnel très agréable en soirée. Patron à l’écoute et très commerçant. La déco en cette période de Noël est sublime. La chambre est bien équipée et literie confortable. Simplement les joints de la douche à refaire. La parie restaurant est top. Repas cuisinés et faits maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment entre famille et amis pour notre anniversaire de mariage. La partie restaurant nous a été réservée et très bien aménagée pour passer une soirée idéale. Les responsables sont très à l'écoute de nos besoins et leurs propositions parfaites , le personnel agréable et très disponible. Le repas était au-delà de nos attentes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et la literie confortable. Les personnes qui y ont passé la nuit ont trouvé au matin un petit déjeuner parfait et copieux. Tous nos convives sont ravis et certains reviendront...nous aussi...Merci pour cette soirée très réussie
