The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. The staff were pleasant except for one staff in the restaurant ( ****** the steward who was rude and ****** at 3 different occasions… otherwise rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La D****na where I’d just come from.

This hotel is in a beautiful location very close to the ferry and a bus stop. Stunning views, good restauronts, safe and some what of a community feel. The restauront was fine, the room was very small with technical difficulties such as some light switches not working, broken drying cord, broken do not disturb button but it was clean. Overall it was fine and clean and well situated.

Buona sera struttura meravigliosa lo staff gentilissimo la stanza pulita sono rimasto infastidito della pulizia del ristorante dell'albergo nn tantissimo pulito x il resto tutto ottimo anche la colazione ottima e la cena anche

Hemos estado dos dias en el hotel Bazzoni, la habitación tenía buena orientación y no había demasiado ruido. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y la situación buena
Lo único a mejorar el aire acondicionado que no se podía modificar y que el hotel sólo cuenta con un ascensor y la mayor parte del tiempo teníamos que subir y bajar por las escaleras durante las mañanas

Uncomfortable beds and uncomfortable stay. 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices. Do NOT eat at the hotel— walk 1 minute
to Red & White restaurant. Amazing and delicious meals. We ate there 3 times and it was incredible each time.

Our triple room very clean with a balcony and air conditioning which was wonderful when it was so hot .

Perfect location to explore lake como. Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the lake. Added bonus of breakfast which we did not think was included - standard buffet continental style but still good! Pool and dip pool is a great bonus for when it’s hot! A few good restaurants and gelato down the road. Not too luxury but good value for money and absolutely nothing wrong with it - don’t believe bad reviews!
