The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. The staff were pleasant except for one staff in the restaurant ( ****** the steward who was rude and ****** at 3 different occasions… otherwise rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La Darsena where I’d just come from.

This hotel is in a beautiful location very close to the ferry and a bus stop. Stunning views, good restauronts, safe and some what of a community feel. The restauront was fine, the room was very small with technical difficulties such as some light switches not working, broken drying cord, broken do not disturb button but it was clean. Overall it was fine and clean and well situated.

Buona sera struttura meravigliosa lo staff gentilissimo la stanza pulita sono rimasto infastidito della pulizia del ristorante dell'albergo nn tantissimo pulito x il resto tutto ottimo anche la colazione ottima e la cena anche

Hemos estado dos dias en el hotel Bazzoni, la habitación tenía buena orientación y no había demasiado ruido. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y la situación buena
Lo único a mejorar el aire acondicionado que no se podía modificar y que el hotel sólo cuenta con un ascensor y la mayor parte del tiempo teníamos que subir y bajar por las escaleras durante las mañanas

Niewygodne łóżka i niewygodny pobyt. 2-gwiazdkowy hotel pobierający 4-gwiazdkowe ceny. NIE jedz w hotelu - idź 1 minutę
do restauracji Red & White. Niesamowite i pyszne posiłki. Jedliśmy tam 3 razy i za każdym razem było niesamowicie.

Nasz pokój trzyosobowy bardzo czysty z balkonem i klimatyzacją, co było cudowne, gdy było tak gorąco.

Doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzania jeziora Como. Pokój był czysty i wygodny z widokiem na jezioro. Dodano premię za śniadanie, które naszym zdaniem nie było wliczone w cenę - standardowy kontynentalny bufet, ale nadal dobry! Basen i basen do kąpieli to świetny bonus, gdy jest gorąco! Kilka dobrych restauracji i lody w dół drogi. Niezbyt luksusowy, ale dobry stosunek jakości do ceny i absolutnie nic złego - nie wierz w złe recenzje!
