The stay was really good 👍 Really no complaints. Just a few suggestions, because the equipment might need some maintenance: - the gym equipment is a bit damaged; - the tennis table and biliard also. But I know they are used by a lot of people which doesn't treat it well all the time. I hope to return soon! All the best.

A great Hotel in a beautiful location, just set back in the hills above the lake. We stayed overnight, as breaking up a drive through the Alps from Austria, down to Modena. Lake Garda was stunning, and the hotel fantastic, with great service and friendly staff. A clean and welcoming place to stay!

Great Hotel Residence, top located, very good service, top spot for biking, hiking, jogging, nice villages like Vesio, Pieve,Limone,... Tennis courts are also good. Pool inside and outside are fun for kids!

A great place to stay with the family. Many attractions for children on site. Beautiful views and a perfect starting point for hiking and cycling trails. Delicious breakfasts. I sincerely recommend it.

In general an excellent value-for-money choice. There are amenities on site that we enjoyed: sauna, tennis, ping pong, ... The location is terrific: one can start hiking Monte Bestone right from the hotel. There's ample parking with 2 EV chargers in the compound.

We appreciate the privacy and size of the apartments and the great facilities of the hotel services (restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, games room). The rooms are perfectly clean, the equipment is basic, but absolutely sufficient. Peace and beautiful nature in the surroundings, lake 10 minutes by car. Thank you, we had a lovely stay.

3star resort, Much nicer than the 4 star hotel we were given by our booking agent.. clean and nice. The desk personnel nice and very informative of the area. Outside swimming pool area and lounge chairs good quality. Pool could be warmer outside.. Thank you

The Pertica team and accomodation is top! The hospitality and service standard is very high. We very much liked the pool, the food (resto & take away) and the wide nature/views. My wife was is a wheelchair, but we did not have any issues at the accomodation. Hopefully she will be in a better shape next year, we are definatly coming back! Willem.

Small apartment complex that has a lot to offer. Good, spacious apartment with a large balcony with a lovely view. Large (though cold) swimming pool, playground, plenty of space to play games and even an indoor pool for rainy days. Good restaurant!
