Seems like out of business

Before you even think of staying here, beware that this is a "Resort and Spa" - not really a hotel! It is a place where people who buy a membership come to swim, play tennis, and enjoy the restaurant as well as other of the facilities. The Resort was built to host conferences, meetings and parties. The Resort is also located within a guarded private residential community. What does this mean? That every time you want to access the Resort, you need to go to security. This security does not belong to the Resort. It is hired by the residents of the "gated" community. Therefore, anytime you want to access the Resort, you must be drilled by the security guard. The hotel provides you with a wrist band in order to speed up access through security, but there are guards who are not aware of this arrangement, so you will be asked a lot of questions. Another problem is that the internet does not work in the hotel rooms. I complaints for 3 days about it and finally gave up. I had to buy extra data on my local SIM card because of this problem. Also, everything is very dated in the rooms. Another problem - the Suite number shares the same number with the non-suite room. So, every time they had a new person staying at the regular room, they tried vigorously to open our room door. Another problem - the room does not have a refrigerator. And you are not allowed to bring any drinks or food into your room, except for water, which the Resort provides daily free of charge. On our last night there, there was a wedding. The band kept playing until 2am, and the guests kept shouting out loud also until the party was over.

Beds not very comfortable

Un lugar maravilloso, francamente recomiendo mucho quedarse en sus instalaciones o simplemente pasar un día con amigos, familiares o con tu pareja como fue mi caso, agradezco mucho el servicio de la camarista Xóchitl ya que mi pareja tuvo varias dudas y la chica nos ayudó bastante para resolverlas, de igual forma me gustaría felicitar el servicio del mesero Mario ya que siempre estuvo atento y demostró interés en darnos el mejor servicio posible, también es importante decir que tanto el desayuno como la cena fueron espectaculares sin embargo, les recomendaría mucho más la cena si van con su pareja, el desayuno aunque fue muy rico me parece que se disfrutaría más en familia por el tipo de ambiente y servicio, espero sigan dando el mejor servicio para sus clientes.

A pesar de que no se pudo hacer early check inn, nos citaron a la hora del check inn y llegamos media hora despues para saber que no estaba lista la habitación asignada, no eramos los unicos en la misma situación. Tuvieron que quitar la habitación a alguien mas para darnos una habitación.

La comida del restaurante buena y a buen precio. Ideal para bodas, la iglesia enfrente, el salón de fiestas no hace ruido en las habitaciones

Hotel agradable pero ya un tanto viejo, aunque con personal con poca atención.

El personal es atento. Nos habían asignado una habitación que estaba en ese momento en remodelación así que al entrar y darnos cuenta, tuvimos que volver a recepción a pedir ayuda y nos reubicaron en otra habitación, amablemente. No hay teléfono en las recámaras, lo que hizo que camináramos del edificio de habitaciones a recepción. La tele nunca nos funcionó y como teníamos que volver a caminar para ir a recepción, mejor nos dimos por vencidos. No hay aire acondicionado pero el ventilador sí ayuda para el calor. La habitación es sencilla y sí le falta un poco de remodelación pero para nosotros cumplió con la función de descansar una noche previo a continuar viajando en carretera.
