l'Alexain Hotel Restaurant was perfect for us. Good food, charming ambience, great warm pool , delicious food, team very friendly. We want to back! Our best experience on the French Alps with our children ski vacation. Mointains and ski after delicious breakfast and before dinner, warm pool. Our kids was so happy!

If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's.
We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay

Vu panoramique exceptionnelle Menus niveau rapport qualité -prix correct Personnel souriant, à l'écoute, aimable. Pensez à prendre un drap de bain si vous souhaitez aller au spa qui n'en n'est pas un pour moi. La piscine est hyper chlorée et sinon juste sauna hammam

abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento una suite in questo hotel durante il nostro tour dei mercatini di natale in Alsazia. L'hotel si trova un po fuori mano rispetto ai paesi circostanti, sopra una collina, al termine di una serie di tornanti. 15 minuti di auto dal primo paese, ma nonostante la neve le strade a salire e scendere la collina erano ben pulite. Da fuori l'hotel sembra un palazzone vecchio stile anni 60 o 70 per nulla integrato con la foresta circostante. All'interno invece si presenta accogliente e la suite era ampia e con 2 vetrate incredibili sulla vallata con un colpo d'occhio incredibile! Anche la colazione era molto buona e il personale molto pronto (abbiamo segnalato al ns arrivo in serata un problema allo sciacquone del vater ed al rientro dopo cena era già sistemato) e gentile (al check in hanno regalato manciate di cioccolatini ai nostri figli). Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la zona wellness per i tempi ristretti. Molto consigliato

Hotel plutôt bien pour les années 70/80 ,un peu viellot mais acceuillant,propre bien ranger ,un peux de rénovation partout serais le bienvenue. Chambre avec vue au dernier étage top la vue ,,le spa est bien ,neuf par rapport à l hotel et bien agencer .un grand merci à Bertrand qui a lui tout seul fait grimper la cote de l hotel ,un prof de géographie et d histoire de la région. Une bonne adresse pour visiter la région et faire les restaurants de la région à côté de l hotel. Penser à ramener vos serviettes car la femme de ménage n est passer que le mardi alors que le carton indiquais sur notre porte de faire la chambre,enfin juste changer les serviettes. Pas très grave en soit Le petit déjeuner simple et complet .Le dîner tester mais non valider dsl

Petite nuit en famille avec notre chien. Hôtel à 15mn de Colmar en plein milieu de la montagne. Excellente vue de la terrasse. Personnel sympathique et soucieux de sa qualité de prestation. Chambre convenable. Petit déjeuner complet, croissants, pains au chocolat, œufs, bacon, yaourts, confiture Nutella bref tout ce qu’il faut pour un bon excellent petit déjeuner. Piscine, Hamman et Sauna inclus dans le forfait, prévoir serviette sinon facturé 5 euros. Possibilité de manger à l’hôtel le soir menu pour moins de 30e entrée plat dessert
