This hotel needs renovations
The room was very cold when we arrived.
The staff was great.
Indoor parking was very convenient.

Nice spot in the heart of old Trois-Rivieres. Easy parking. Very nice staff, room has seen better days but is perfectly adequate

Close by our family gathering. BED Bugs, my husband came back all bitten in the back, chest, neck, arms and hands. Sent a email to the hotel, no response.

Excellent location near city centre, old town and river promenade. Perfectly clean. However, air conditioning was not working during our stay. We were not warned of this. Room was too warm despite late September date.

Staff wasn't very welcoming; Bathroom and rooms are old. Deck on pool is peeling and needs a renovation. Location is great, but this is not a hotel to flex or enjoy amenities. Hotel Delta is a better choice.

Elevator to parking was a 2 step process.
Dark interior. Clean. Great products in bathroom. High price. Great location.

The hotel is in dire need of a time jump in this decade. The stained carpet in the hallways needs to b3 changed. The thick, brown and tan carpeting in the rooms screams unhygienic and I couldn't get myself to walk on it barefoot.
The staff is super friendly and they do everything to make you feel welcome but out view of the green pool and disarayed decking reminded us that the owners are letting this place go and do not really care.
