Staff could not have been more helpful with necessary information regarding public transportation and parking garage. Staff even tried to book room at another hotel for us closer to airport. We ended up coming back our last night. They stored our luggage in their baggage room during our side trip to Tromso. They really catered to our needs.

Bestilte 2 helt like stander rom. Fikk ett fint og flott og ett lite bøttekott. Senga var vond og nedslitt. Skapet var løst fra veggen, og pulten og og slolene var generelt slitt. Veldig stuslig og lite bad. Ble rett og slett kjempe skuffet.

Badet var ikke vasket når jeg kom og etter at jeg ga beskjed ble det ikke vasket. Heller ikke tømt boss osv på badet.

Die Räume des Hotels sind entsprechend der Kategorie ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich.
