We are here for 5 nights. Check in was easy. When we got to our room after driving for 15 hours we decided to lay down. We pulled back the comforter and got in bed and my husband says "what is that?" pointing at the sheets. They were obviously dirty with multiple brown bodily stains. I called the front desk and the offered to switch rooms but we had just carried everything in and we were exhausted so I asked to just have someone change the bedding and they came and did that. The next morning we went down for breakfast. No coffee and no hot food and lots of people waiting. People were asking and they kept saying just a minute. Finally some more coffee was brought out but the sandwiches never showed up so we left. We were gone with family and didn't get back until almost 730 that night. Our room had never been cleaned. We just went to bed. The next morning we went to the lobby and no coffee again. I asked the front desk if the rooms are supposed to be cleaned and restocked daily. He said yes. I told him our room wasn't touched and he indicated that they were having problems and to let him know if it happened again. We were totally out of toilet paper so he gave me a roll. Avoid this place. For what we are paying to stay here and from our experiences at other Home2 Suites I am extremely disappointed. We come to the area at least twice a year for extended stays. I will never book this hotel again. I cannot believe Hilton would put their name on the building
