Stayed whilst working in Truro centre. The building and carpark are good, lots of parking for my big van. The room was ok, I booked the deluxe double and didn’t get a sofa or armchair as shown on the images, the bed was far too soft, like it was made of sponge so sleep could have been better. Coffee and tea in room were good, TV was 6 channels only so no freeview. Bathroom was small and a bit tired, had an evening meal in the pub and that was pretty good with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. I paid £109 for 1 midweek night and that did not include breakfast. I would probably think twice before booking again.. but if you don’t mind paying a little more for location it’s an acceptable stay.

We had a lovely smiling welcome & treated with great respect at reception. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & so helpful. Room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was more than adequate & tasty. Would definitely go back again.

Stayed in a superior room which is situated at the back away from the road. Lovely room with good facilities and comfortable bed. Staff behind the reception desk are very accommodating. The breakfasts are very good and the evening meals are well prepared served by attentive staff. This is my second stay and would happily recommend it especially if working at the hospital. There is a bus stop very close by to take you into Truro or in the opposite direction.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room good value for money. The meal and breakfast were great value as well, very good food. We didn’t bother traveling into town unfortunately as just used as a stopover.

Room was lovely but the bathroom could do with a thorough clean. Lots of mildew in shower area and tiles were grubby. Panel underneath the sink at the join was very dirty.
Food and service were both very good
