We were delighted with our stay at Chau Long Hotel. Its location on a quiet side street offered a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of Sapa’s attractions. Each room felt inviting with a home-like atmosphere , and the views of Fansipan Mountain from our balcony were spectacular. We highly recommend Chau Long Hotel for its excellent service, convenient location and breathtaking surroundings.

I walked into the hotel looking for a room and was attended by the kindest and most hospitable receptionist. She suggested I make my booking via agoda to get better price and later decided to give me a free upgrade to a bigger room with mountain view balcony, and bathtub. Also there is lift! Such a relief for my problem knees because previous night I had booked a room online without checking if there was lift. Everything in the room works perfect, bed was comfortable, and great view from the room and breakfast restaurant. I highly recommend!

We loved the unique design of the Chau Long Sapa, it felt like staying in a cozy stone castle! The location in the heart of Sapa town was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Every morning, the hearty breakfast buffet set us up for a day of exploring. Overall, the warm hospitality and comfortable setting made our stay extra special.

This is very nice hotel in Sapa town area. .. The hotel is clean, bigger room and have very nice scenes view from room balcony. Beside that, this hotel also have bunch of very good and helpful hotel staffs. They let us check in very earlier morning without make any extra charges, thus, can allow us take a good rest before explore the sapa area. Really thanks for this!

Nice stuff, good breakfast. Hotel was not easy to find (we came by foot). Our superior room is at the end of the hallway 6th floor. Room is not soundproof, so we can hear all the noise from ouside. Also, WiFi is not working in our room. Nearby there are lots of shops and restaurants.

The homey atmosphere and attentive service instantly won us over. But it was the hearty buffet spreads, featuring both delicious Vietnamese specialties and comforting Western dishes, that truly impressed us. As we explored the hotel, we were greeted by abundant flowers—a colorful touch that added to the charm. Tucked away on a quiet side street, this gem is an ideal base for exploring the scenic wonders of Sapa. 🌸🏨

What a pleasant surprise, landing in this classy hotel, with a very polite frontdesk and staff, always ready to serve to the guest desire. Very well positioned, facing the mountain, on a sunny day it is like watching a feery tale. The room is spacious, clean, and the dinning room facing a superbe view, served with a very various buffet day after day. We are happy with this hotel, so friendly. The receptionist is cute and friendly. The price for a 3-star hotel in Sapa is like that, I think it's worth it, the view is also quite beautiful. There is a hot water pool and is located in the center, so it is very convenient. Room and everything is fine for me. And we had a great trip in Sapa🙈

Braving the Sapa winter's chill, we found our cozy haven in this charming hotel. While the mountain air nipped at our noses, the warmth and comfort of the place enveloped us. We spent hours enjoying the breathtaking mountain vistas, indulging in dips in their heated pool, and savoring delicious meals by the crackling fireplace in their inviting restaurant. The entire experience evoked the ambience of a majestic mountain castle. Venturing beyond the hotel, we discovered everything conveniently located within walking distance, right in the heart of the town center. The ever-helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone.
