Very friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel.

Vị trí thuận tiện gần thiền viện trúc lâm và bờ hồ sapa. Không biết do sương hay do ks giặt ko kịp khô mà thấy hơi có mùi ẩm. Nhân viên thân thiệt và nhiệt tình

Bellow average , not very clean. Poorly built hotel, tin walls, bathroom not up to standards. Only positive side staff with big smiles and warm welcome.

Despite the friendly staff, the pillow situation was a letdown—two out of three reeked of sweat. Additionally, paying for a mountain view ended up being a subpar experience.

Not even a two-star hotel. It is nothing like what you see in the pictures on the *********** page, for example. The entire hotel requires maintenance urgently. Strong smell in the room, ripped wallpapers, stained towels and dirty walls. Disappoin**ent.

We paid for mountain view and we didn’t disappoint what we have. The property is a bit away from the street so a bit quiet. You need to hike a bit but most people should be ok. I won’t recommend a wheelchair person unless you go in/out using taxi/grab or bus. Traditional wet market doesn’t seems traditional at all. It is only 5 minutes away. ‘Gringo’ price is at least twice more expensive. Try less than half for the asking price.
