房間乾淨整潔，前台服務很好，環境很安靜。唯一的問題是竟然沒有提供洗髮水，住了這麼多次酒店頭一次遇到沒有洗髮水。其他都算滿意。

This was really challenging. The refrigerator and microwave was unplugged. It was missing a bed. The key didn’t work repeatedly. The ice machine was broken.
Very loud, did not feel safe.

The housekeeping was poor. We had to ask for toilet paper 2X and soap because the housekeeper forgot to leave it. The floors were dirty. The housekeeper forgot to change our bath towels. The lock on the door was out of wack and we never were sure we could get inside or outside. There was a questionable man riding a bike in the parking lot who accosted us. We had to buy insect glue traps because there were roaches in the room. The stove was missing a knob at the start and always worked weakly.

It was like a timeshare experience, albeit not as fancy with appliances showing their age. All around it was comfy. I had a frig., stovetop, coffee maker, toaster and mini microwave. I went to the nearby Fry's and made meals in the room. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly. However it appeared the appliances hadn't beem dusted for a while and the microwave needed cleaning. There was a table and chairs but no couch or easy chair. There was a tv, chest of draws and the flooring had been upgraded and there was no carpeting, although I spotted mini carpet beetles on occasion.

I have stayed at this property and have good experiences. This time was much different. I had a footprint on our clean bed, used Kleenex’s in the sink area, hair everywhere (floors, counters and especially the shower). I brought it to the front desks attention and they were unable to move me. Really disappointed and may have to rethink booking again.
