Staff was rude. When checking in, it took 20 minutes for an employee to come check us in and when they finally came, they were on a personal phone call so I had to wait more for the phone call the end. They were very rude, didn't apologize for waiting, didn't answer any of my questions. Then when checking out, once again another employee was on their phone and was once again super rude. The room was fine, but the staff was not. I will not be staying here again. Glad it was only for a night.

I didn't make my needs clear when I made the reservation. My spouse had been hospitalized for a week and needed ground floor access when discharged. In the midst of my breakdown the clerk made it all work. Couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Food was nice.

Absolutely fantastic spot. Wish I could give it 4.7 stars but the jets in our jacuzzi tub didn’t work- but to sit in a jacuzzi tub in Arizona? I legit cannot complain. Also the breakfast was superb!

Staff needed to get training better, The Front desk staff was OK but the Housekeeper didn't even knock and came in 3 hrs before check-out time.
I don't recommend walking alone in the nighttime. When we checked in around 9 pm, people were looking around the parked cars...they looked like a homeless. We didn't feel safe. I gave them 4 stars just because their breakfast was awesome! We ordered BF from the menu and it was delicious.

Great location one mile south of UA campus. Room was spacious and spotless. Bed was made and towels changed during my two night stay. Friendly, efficient staff and reasonably priced.

I did not sleep well, it was nosie, even though it was clean. The rooms were nice but you can hear the door clsed next door. Why were there were ear pluggs in the room after me paying over a hundred dollars for the room i am to used that. Why should I. I thought I would have a good nights rest since it was a best western but I was wrong. At 130 am there was a party going on with music playing loud.

The first room that we were given was tucked way in the back corner and very dark. We were relocated to a room with outdoor space that we could sit and enjoy the sun. Housekeeping staff all seemed very friendly, however the person at the front desk was not really welcoming. Might have been having a bad day...

Personally wasn't a fan of the bed- but it was big and clean. Super loud with pretty consistent train noise. They do provide earplugs which is really nice. Customer service was good, hot breakfast included, and overall cleanliness was great.
