住入住的房間反鎖釦沒了。問前台，説沒有房間換了。説是來修，也沒來。一個人出差，擔心安全問題，就衹能用這種最土的辦法，試圖有萬一，好提醒一下自己。惴惴不安的一晚。
走廊新裝修的，味道很重。好在房間內沒什麼裝修的味道。

我衹是自駕遊經過這個城市，看到攜程的評論所以我選擇了這家酒店，有人在泳池邊的椅子上抽**，我認為這沒什麼，起碼房間走廊沒有**味。然而，早上我發現我的車窗被打碎了，我丟失了一把槍、一些現金、還有幾張銀行卡。酒店並沒有做什麼，衹是一些做了一些簡單的記錄。
後來我選擇報警，警察來了後這個酒店甚至無法提供攝像頭記錄，要知道，我的車就停在酒店的正門口停車場！是的，一個沒有安全攝像頭的停車場。

Took forever to get check-in at the desk. Multiple customers coming up to desk complaining of room cleanness. Customer in front of me was given a room that was taken and walked into a room with someone else’s stuff in it. Very unorganized. Our bed had hair in it and the sick had hair in it.

The room smelled like moth balls. It was really bad. The a/c didn’t work. We would set it really low and it would always read that it was at 74degrees.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. For the most part the room was clean, although there were some stains on the bedding. The lamp on the desk flickered and was not usable. The door plate did was not screwed in but didn’t affect the door opening/closing. The lounge chairs at the pool were torn. The lobby of the hotel was very welcoming and I loved the wood details. Staff desk staff were very respectful and nice. Always a plus!
