My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

Floor in the entry way into the room was sticky. I did not appreciate being charged to park my vehicle at the hotel. I have never had that charge at any other hotel. Not cool !

First room smelled horrible, bathroom faucet was constantly leaking.
2nd room had someone else’s trash in bathroom- contact lens packages and paper . Found a used contact on carpet next to bed. Very upset and disappointed.

Nice hotel, but in this area, charging for parking and internet is ridiculous. I travel a lot, and whether it's Europe or Pittsburgh, the nicest hotels also at least have a cookie or ice water as a welcome, and many have free breakfast. The restaurant here was not great anyway. We left after one night to another hotel. I accidentally left food in the refrigerator, and called almost immediately that I would come back after my event to pick it up, which they agreed to, but when I returned no one could find my container or knew anything about it.

The room wasn't what I expected, The rug showed signs of use, and coffee stains as well crumbs. The bathroom toilet had mold growing in the bowl. The living room table and furniture showed signs of age and distress...and the bed was a queen size NOT a KING as I had reserved.
The wait staff serving breakfast need some training in customer service. I noticed some attitudes from a few members. I have a choice of where stay and I am pretty loyal, my last few trips I have stayed at Hilton Properties.
As well I can book directly and pay more, and I imagine I would get the room I requested and not the room that I stayed in.

First trip to Tucson, and was pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was here at the Hilton. When my husband and I come back to visit our daughter, we will most likely stay here again!
