Super friendly staff and a really nice restaurant on property and very convenient spot and fire place in room gives it a very homey feeling

courteous check in. room was ok , but should be updated for all the charging devices we and others bring with them...watch, phone, and tablet. Had to use outlets scattered around the room. Would be much more convenient to have them available on each nightstand.

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Had to ask one of the cleaning staff to re-do. The was a big disappointment. The pool and jacuzzi were nice evening. The breakfast is fine. A laundry room would have been great. The workout room was not functional (machines were broken).

Price went up, perks went down. No free breakfast anymore. One complimentary drink for a 9 day stay at $2500. Used to be my favorite place. Not so much now

The grounds around the rooms was very nice. It created a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant was top noch and the service was great. The compimentary breakfast was nice. This is a historic hotel. With that being said, the room was good size but not very functional. A sofa in the room would have been nice. Hot water was a challenge. Discovered that we need to turn on the sink's hot water for 3 minutes to get beyond the very cold water for the shower.

Our stay at this property was excellent. We love the beauty of the property and how well it is maintained. The breakfast was terrific. We received top notch front desk care from Kaitlin, Lorien and Zainab. They were helpful, patient and extremely friendly. We will always come to this hotel when in Tucson. It could not have been better! Also, our room was meticulously cared for by the staff, and we really appreciated their work.

This hotel is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the room is spacious and perfect. The front office staff are incredibly helpful, especially Kaitlin, Lorien and Zainab. We love the breakfast buffet where the head chef gave us something extra special daily. I highly recommend this one of a kind hotel!
