Terrible area . unsafe area . you can do up a dump as much as you like but location location location. wasnt even anywhere to eat except the hotel and jojos bar 4 miles away was cute

The stay at the Tuxson was excellent. The rooms and premises were clean. However, it was a challenge to drive into the hotel premises. The streets around the hotel are one way. Also, there were construction signs obstructing the flow of traffic. I had to drive around the signs practically driving off the road. Furthermore, it was past 10 p.m. when i arrived and the parking lot gate was closed. There was poor lighting so I did not realize I had to press a speaker button to be buzzed in. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, they speak to fast. I had to asked them to repeat themselves. Other than that, it was great.

Very clean and modern rooms. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. This will be our place to stay when traveling through Tucson for sure.

I love this hotel. It is very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the smell. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and each room smelled like sewage. Not really bad but you could smell it. And smell bad enough for me to stay here but it’s a little annoying when you first get there.

I checked in very smoothly, the hotel was nice. The hotel staff was very helpful, But the AC in my room could not be adjusted and was set at about 80 degrees. I got only an hour and a half sleep and then woke up drenched in sweat at 11pm and tried to get back to sleep for the next 2 hours. Couldn’t so I just left at 1am. They offered me a new room which was nice but I had to leave early in the morning anyways.
But I will not stay here again. Especially because I left my number for a manager to call and follow up with me about the AC and it’s been almost 48 hours and still no follow up. So not excited about this stay.

The receptionists was no where to be found when we arrived. Had to go look for him. When we got to the room, I spilled suntan lotion on the floor and decided to clean it up. The rag I used was black from the dirt built up which means the floor of the room was not mopped. Disgusting! The walls are thin and noise level was rather high. I would
certainly not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We have stayed a few times at the Tuxon and we love it here. This time though starting at around 8am they were remodeling or something upstairs and it was SO loud we couldn't sleep which really was a bummer because we were up super late. Hopefully next time we dont run into this problem again!

The bed was comfy, the pool was awesome, the hotel was so so cute and pretty. Such excellent vibes all around - thoughtful art , foliage, sweet touches . Wonderful staff. We had a blast

The hotel itself was fine. The only knock is it's a walk from the downtown through a 'not nice' neighborhood. Other than that, a good value hotel.
