Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, my room was not clean on the second day and the toilet seat was up for some reason. .

I was disappointed with the indoor pool. We were there for a race and wanted to get into the indoor pool to relax our muscles. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool making the water frigid.

A fire alarm went off for several minutes at two in the morning
At 4:30 in the morning I called five times for car valet and got a voice recording each time

Hotel looks older from the outside, but was updated in the rooms and lobby. Bed was very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was great! And service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Super close for us to go to play at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.

It's just surprising how lower-priced hotels have more things, like water available in the rooms. There is no fan in the bathroom.
The room itself is good and was clean.

Although our stay was rather a short one, our overall experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing. To the front desk staff that assisted us at check-in and check-out, your customer service is amazing. Most definitely looking forward to our next trip to Tulsa and hopefully with better weather conditions to enjoy the beautiful pool. Thank you for our outstanding and comfortable experience. Definitely recommend this place!
