I finally had a chance to stay at The Mayo, amazing place. An incredible place, with great staff who make your trip awesome. The rooms are great, well done restoration work for the old building. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very well done and tastefully decorated. Will certainly be back.

In town for a night away for our anniversary. Asked room service for extra pillows, blankets, and towels. They never showed so had to order again after returning from dinner. Went to the rooftop bar and the staff was so low energy it was like they didn’t want to be there so we just left. They were also on their phones.

I have stayed at the Mayo a few times and the property and team never disappoint! As someone that lives at hotels, it is a pleasure to walk into a property where everyone is friendly, caring, and helpful!
If you are planning a trip to Tulsa, then the Mayo is a must stay!

Beautiful old building. The air freshener they use stinks though and is strong. When checking in to many forms ans process. Nake you feel its stuffy here

Completely unpacked in room. Turned on AC. Went for a walk. 78° when got back. Maintenance said AC broken. Manager said he had to move us. Absolutely didn’t care about the inconvenience.
Terrible experience. Would not recommend Mayo ever.

The service and friendliness of every employee at The Mayo was top notch. Our room was spacious and had great amenities. The only complaint from me is that the mattress in our room was incredibly firm.
