Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the entrance drinks we were given to the amazing staff. I am full of high praise and will definitely be back. The hotel is so peaceful and a great getaway. Room was so lovely, I was apprehensive about the shower outside but it was absolutely fine with his and hers shower gels. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options on the free menu or more to pay. Be aware water was chargeable. The ambience and staff are superb. The swimming area is perfect for pictures. I will say the only thing I was surprised at was we had a scorpion in our room, which luckily we spotted. The staff did come and catch it. But I mean you are in Tulum so I guess they see are things that can pop up anywhere. Just keep your head in a swivel. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Terrible . They flooded our room, ruined our stuff. Staff were underaged and useless. Rude to everyone. We had bugs including Scorpions in our room. Toilet had no water. It took them 2 hours to move us to an awful room that hadn’t been cleaned in forever and pool had mould and dead insects galore, they then refused to give us a refund but offered us a nights stay for free - after having asked them repeatedly !!

The experience was disappointing. The location is poor, the shower had cold water, the outdoor pool was very dirty, the air conditioner was leaking water, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The villa itself is beautiful and well-designed, but there are several issues: the water heater only provides hot water for about 3 minutes, so you’ll need to take very quick showers and wait 15 minutes before the next one. The air conditioner drips water, and there’s moisture on the stone floors. The outdoor pool is extremely dirty, filled with branches, leaves, dirt, and insects. It’s not cleaned regularly, so you won’t want to swim in it. It’s a shame. The location is inconvenient, about a 20-minute drive to the beach area. Taxis in Tulum are very expensive, charging around $35 each way. Breakfast is served in a restaurant, but unfortunately, not all menu items are included—dishes like avocado toast and eggs Benedict are not part of the offering. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell below our expectations.

This hotel is a beauty. One of the staff members, Miguel greeted me as soon as I arrived and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciated that as a solo traveler. Overall, The staff is extremely respectful and I give it a 10/10 rating.

La dirección del hotel no es muy clara, por lo que es un poco complicado llegar, sin embargo, las instalaciones son muy buenas y te hace pasar un momento de desconexión total. Las villas son muy cómodas y realmente te hacen entrar en un estado de relajación desde el momento en el que entras. Considero que un punto a mejorar sería agregar un servicio de te en la habitación, o una hora social para poder atraer más gente al bar Samsara y a la fogata. Un gran punto a favor es que la piscina esté disponible las 24 horas tanto dentro de la habitación como la externa.

L’hôtel est somptueux ! Tout ce qu’on aime ! Le fait qu’il soit neuf lui confère une atmosphère calme et sereine qui répond à nos attentes. La décoration est minutieuse et de très bon goût. Ça nous plonge dans un univers bohème et chic. La chambre d’hôtel était la plus belle de tous les temps ! La piscine privé au centre de la pièce était des plus agréable. Le manageur Patrick que nous avons rencontré a su répondre parfaitement à nos demandes et à tout mis en œuvre pour assurer un service de qualité au delà de nos espérances. Le personnel était des plus charmant et chaleureux. Ils nous ont même réservés les activités que nous souhaitions faire et également les transferts en taxi. Merci énormément à Patrick et son équipe d’être autant aux petits soins de ses clients et de pouvoir nous faire vivre une expérience exceptionnelle. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Ils mettrons en œuvre leur savoir faire pour trouver des solutions adaptés à vos besoins La famille Gattoni

El lugar es increíble, el servicio del bar es excelente y la comida fue muy buena. Amauri no atendió estupendamente y los tragos fueron deliciosos, Leo nos brindó muy buenas recomendaciones para elegir nuestros alimentos. En general, todo excelente!

Una experiencia mágica, desde que llegas, la atención, las villas, la decoración, los espacios, la alberca dentro del cuarto. Lo comida espectacular y deliciosa, el temazcal, la boutique en el lobby y la alberca infinita por todo el hotel es una experiencia unica. Excelente!!

Es de los lugares más lindos que conocí!!! Lugar Perfecto!!!GRACIAS!!!!lo recomiendo al 100. De un Buen Gusto para cada detalle de decoración , su atención , gastronomía,música, paisajismo en esa bellísima jungla tan bien diseñado,me deslumbró completamente!
