Hotel Panamera

After having bad luck with the sea**** plague on Isla Holbox, we returned early to Tulum to the Panamera. We had previously stayed there for a day as day guests and were immediately impressed by the beautiful resort. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and immediately felt at home. Special praise goes to the two courteous young men at reception, who were always available via WhatsApp and always supported us. For example, we had a room facing the street on the first night and couldn't sleep very well, but we were allowed to change rooms the very next day. The food and the service in the restaurant are also excellent and the entire complex is extremely well maintained. In addition, the beach area is beautiful, the pool and garden area are a little paradise and you can also retreat here wonderfully when it's windy. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful day at the beach!! We visited for a day and the beach and lunch. The beach is beautiful and the food and service was top notch. Jesus handled everything for us so we could have an amazing afternoon. Try to grab a chaise for 2 they are so comfortable. Will be back to enjoy again.

The hotel is very pretty but the rooms were very poorly designed. The bathroom has no door ..remember that you are going to mexico which is famous for hurting everyone’s stomach. You can imagine its not a fun situation if you come with your partner or split the room with a friend. If you have to go in the middle of the night you will have to go outside to a public restroom. Additionally the rooms i saw either had no privacy (they face the hallway on one side and street on the other) or had windows completely tinted so it felt like you were in a closet. We got a room with no privacy and the curtains have a slit running through the middle so they don’t fully close. I literally made eye contact with people outside the room from my bed and the bathroom. Ultimately the only way to actually get privacy is to use random items to prop the curtains closed. The room also doesn’t get below 78 degrees during the day. I spoke to the staff about it and they refused to do anything… didnt so much as provide a clip to close the curtains. I really want to like the hotel because it was pretty, the food was good, and some of the staff were very nice. But given there are hundreds of hotels to choose from and the fact its quite expensive i would recommend going somewhere else.

The Service is excellent. Burger was delicious. Calamari was not good don’t recommend. Great ambience, Good drinks, high prices

One of my favorite experiences while in Tulum. Stayed at a nearby Airbnb but came for a day stay and it was the best decision. Incredible food. Incredible service. The pool and beach chair service was perfection. I never leave reviews but today was so perfect that I had to share. Also, shoutout to David for taking care of us all day!

Alberto was amazing and made me feel truly special on my birthday! He was attentive and quick and the entire rest of the staff was so kind and helpful. We weren’t even guests of the hotel! Would highly highly recommend visiting while you’re in tulum

This was my first visit to Tulúm and my choice to come to Hotel Panamera for some drinks & snacks could NOT have been a better choice and I will definitely spend time at Hotel Panamera each and every time I visit Tulúm! David… where do I begin…?!?! When I say he’s the best, I say this personally from my heart!! First impressions can make or break you in the services industry and David’s first impression with us is the reason we will be back again, again to Hotel Panamera!! Thank you David so much for treating us with kindness and with genuine respect. So when in Tulúm, plan to stop by Hotel Panamera, do NOT forget to ask for David… he will make you feel welcomed and acknowledged in what can sometimes be a hectic space… I can’t say it enough… he was great!!!… and I look forward to my next time in Tulúm and coming to see David at Hotel Panamera!

Very nice place, trendy and refined. I love to go there every week, perfect between friends and family., Music is chill and well selected, food is delicious and service very cool and professional. Nicolas was a great host:) I recommend this place for sure! The roof top is amazing to enjoy a cocktail between sea view and jungle view! Incredible. See you next week guys!
