The room was comfortable and relaxing. The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond. I would happily stay here again.

It is very nice and clean ,peaceful , everything is Tulum so expensive and I was happy to stay here worth your money , receptionist Geraldine was so sweet and very helpful, since hotel recently changed hands they are trying to improve and listen everything. Dominique and Eryck wellness power couple I enjoyed yoga and ice bath experience keep it up Lula

Amazing hotel and service. Beautiful beach club and views. Without any doubt the most beautiful yoga studio I have ever been to, the view is just breathtaking when walking into the room. Teachers were all really great. Loved the variety of classes and styles.

Best place to spend the day!!!!!!!!!!!!! From breakfast to dinner, good food, comfortable sunbeds. Minimum consumption of 1000 mexican pesos per person. Miguel is an attentive and kind waiter. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really tasty vegetarian and gluten free meals - great variety and superb flavor profiles. Am not a vegetarian and Ioved Rooms were generous with good a/c Super yoga studio on the beach. Did I mention great food?!? Staff is super helpful and beach is clean

We had a great day at the lula hotel and beach club, since the moment of arrival and all the details of the service was great. A special shut out to Alegra and Ricardo the manager who took care of us. Definitely a great spot with a great beach to enjoy Tulum as you should.RP

We love this boutique hotel on Tulum Beach with its special yoga shala. Today’s class with Matt Wise (@matthewise9) was outstanding for the beginner through the most advanced yoga practitioner. Simple basic directions… follow Matt’s lead for an incredible yoga experience!

Our first trip with our 6 month old infant couldn't have been better. The attention from the hotel staff was great. Luis at the restaurant was amazing and made us feel so special with his kind demeanor and high attention to detail. He is a gem of a team member to have a Lula. The room was very clean and the beach was better than advertised. We will be back!

I loved my time at Lula! The rooms were spacious and AC strong! The hotel is beautiful property with comfortable beach beds for every room. The staff was kind and very helpful to accommodate trips to the airport and excursions around Tulum. The poke bowl in the restaurant was also a favorite!
