Beautiful property. Very friendly staff that helped with our planned hike on Tongariro Crossing by providing early breakfast and lunch to go. Enjoyed the lodge common area and food was excellent

Restaurant fully booked. Had to drive to get food. Not even take out was possible. The restaurant employees said they needed to focus on the reservations.
The issue is not that restaurant was fully booked good for them. But not even take out to eat in the room. That was bad.

We were so happy to stay at this beautiful lodge. The grounds, lodge, chalets, food, and especially the service, couldn’t have been better.

Great spot, staff were super helpful when we had some issues with the wifi. Food at the restaurant is also quite good and they quickly corrected an order when we were provided the wrong breakfast.

Amazing staff. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Chef made us a special vegetarian dish for dinner which wasn't on the menu. Food was delicious. The staff make this place. This is how to treat guests.

Great location in a great setting with immaculate grounds. The villa that we had was great, unfortunately let down by the cleaning inside which could have been better.
