Starting with the positives this place is brand new and beautifully designed. Each room has its own unique feel with a very high end finish and the pictures are wholly accurate. Unfortunately it must still be suffering teething problems and the service is pretty poor. There is no reception, instead they send you an electronic key which worked once for me and never again. I therefore had to reply in people answering the help line to gain entry. Not great with a young family in tow but sometimes nobody picked up and you were reliant on people leaving the building to gain entry after the rude and unhelpful security guard leaves in the evening. Then there were issues like having no hot water in the morning. After complaining three times this became an issue affecting all of the locality but this was scarcely believable as why would all the boilers be broken in a major city? I expected to get some sort of apology or offer not to leave this review but nothing was forthcoming as they clearly don’t give two hoots about their guests.

Good option for central stays in Turin (if you are okay with the whole e-key / check-in thing). Plenty of undercover parking nearby if you're driving. Tall people beware of dangerously low-hanging (and sharp) chandeliers in the bathroom (my room at least) but the shower head was refreshingly high enough to comfortably stand under, always a bonus.

It’s a super cool well designed space with a designer‘s touch, beautiful chandelier and a trendy couch. The location is central to all the downtown Turin spots. I would highly recommend for a memorable stay even though the room did not have windows

Appartamento molto bello e confortevole in posizione comodissima al centro. Unica pecca è che in una location di questo livello non puoi non trovare una macchia del caffè con un paio di cialde!

gros problème pour la procédure de l'enregistrement. Les instructions étaient en anglais. J'ai fini par comprendre que ce n'était pas un hôtel. J'ai préféré ne pas prendre cet hébergement. Trop compliqué. Malheureusement je ne serai pas remboursé (ça c'était clairement indiqué!)

Centralissima, elegante e silenziosa. Pulitissima.

Studio magnifique, luxueux, très propre, silencieux et très bien aménagé. Le système de clés à distance peut paraître compliqué et peut être un peu stressant jusqu’à l’arrivée, mais une fois sur place, cela est très simple. Bravo et merci d’avoir participé à la réussite de notre petit séjour (3 nuits). Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation
