Hotele niedaleko Piazza San Carlo, Turyn

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

The apartment is quite a distance from railway station, but you may take bus, the stop is only 4mins to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the dishes and cutlery are clean and new. The lift stopped without reason, need to carry heavy luggage down to ground.

Very spacious for a dorm . Excellent! The kitchen is in the basement and not used much. Basically a boutique hotel with a dorm at the roof only. Great alternative to a backpackers hostel.

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

Hotel położony przy północnym wjeździe do miasta, pomiędzy strefami zielonymi i przemysłowymi. Dość ciche miejsce, blisko przystanku tramwajowego (200-300 m), którym można dojechać do centrum miasta (dojazd zajmuje 15-20 minut). Pokój przestronny, dość dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo obfite śniadanie w formie bufetu (za 15 euro można...). Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Non molto distante dalla stazione Torino porta Susa o dalla fermata Metro Bernini , quindi ottima location per spostarsi in centro o anche altrove. Colazione adeguata al livello della struttura, scelta di croissant, yogurt , salato ecc ecc . Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca, struttura e camere un po vecchiotte , da rivedere gli interni ed il mobilio .

Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.

Well what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
