I like the property it's quite and very convenient to alot. Didn't like our coffee pot didn't work . But overall great stay

TBH Tris property only offers you a bed because absolutely nothing works. The hotel should be closed during renovations. My TV didn’t work at all and the AC didn’t cool or warm the room. The rooms are outdated and if I weren’t exhausted I would have gone to another property. I hated every second.

The property was great. Check in was smooth and nice. Getting to our room was good. The problem was when we got back to our room later that evening and saw such a tiny pull out we were taken back quite a bit. My son is 6'2 and his new bride is 5'11 and the thought of them fitting on this was awful-awful embarrassing as we wanted to include them in this trip with us. I went to the front desk, and long story short, we asked for a roll away, and were told to wait in our room and it will be brought to us. 30 min later no show. Again went to the front desk and she said oh sorry there weren't any available. I wonder how long we would've have waited for that bed :( We are not a complaining family, but your website said full size pull in the suite with the king bed. This was no full size pull out :(

I stayed there 3 nights, and nobody came to clean the room or to provide clean towels. The pool was filthy and smelly. I understand when a facility is being closed for repairs or for end of season (inside pool by the way), but it doesn't mean that you will expose your guests to nasty and smelly installations. People pay to stay in a hotel to feel welcome and in peace. Under construction should not mean poor service and maintenance, all what it indicates is poor customer management.

We were delayed to check in and the front desk was so awesome on taking care of us because it was a busy weekend for them. All I can say they made our stay great even though it was short I’m glad we chose this hotel.

The staff was friendly and great. The property itself is very dated and run down but under construction. Should not accept reservations until renovation is complete

Property is being remodeled so the entire lobby area was unavailable. No breakfast, no business center, etc. yet rates were as high as they typically are on move-in weekends.

The check in was great! I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and ready to assist us by Reese. She was very professional. Went to
our room on 3rd floor. Was greeted by the friendly cleaning ladies in the hall. Our room was clean and spacious. It was very quiet and beds were comfortable Due to remodeling, the breakfast was limited. Will stay here again.
