Too loud. Windows go inside hotel

This was our first horrible experience. They charged us twice and refused to cancel the wrong charge. They told us to send a letter I don’t know where.
They did not even apologize for their mistake.
We decided to not stay at this hotel.
They have a total lack of customer service. I do not recommend this hotel.

It's a nice little hotel with wonderful staff. Not luxurious but a great place to stay for a few days. I can't say enough about the staff. They were all fantastic.

The rooms are quiet, it's easy to get around the city centre and the staff are wonderful.

This is my second stay at this hotel because location is very convenient but also the first time I was impressed with the service and conditions of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet is good quality with great variety.

Located couple of blocks from Parque de la Marimba.
Transportation not a problem.
Did not honored the breakfast that supposed to be included. Early morning house keeping dragging carts and making noise. Lack of ice machine. or vending machines to get cold drinks.

Small hotel, small rooms but great price and in the center of the city easy to walk around and plenty of places to eat in the area.
