This is a decent, no frills hotel at a low cost. The rooms are very large. It had a fridge and a little “snack” bar for a nominal fee. I would stay here again.

Rooms are very dirty. Very old bedsheets and the airconditioning didn’t work. It threw ice at us. Wouldn’t book a room here again. The front-office doesn’t speak English at all. The pool is so dirty and not in the sun at all, so that was a waste.

El estacionamiento se siente inseguro ese tramo hacia el hotel, con poca luz y nada de amabilidad de las personas que ahí están.

En general es un buen hotel, no es lujoso pero da un poco más de lo basico, agradable e ideal para descansar, lo del desayuno incluido me parece una jalada, ya que el horario para disfrutarlo es de 6:30 a 8:00 de la mañana, muy temprano para mi gusto, fuera de eso muy buen hotel

Muy limpio, muy amables, solo que la tele no funcionó y tienen que hacer cambios de regaderas, no se especifica que la alberca no tiene clima y el agua todo el día está congelada

Es un gran lugar para descansar, la calidez y el servicio se sienten desde que uno se registra. Una buena recomendación si vas de visita a Chiapas y quieres quedarte en Tuxtla
