Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a funny smell and the extra blanket had a couple holes in it. The lock had issues (key kept getting stuck) but the staff was quick to help.

Room was fine and bed comfy. Nice places to walk nearby. We were there dec 24 25 and 26 and never saw anyone in the office. Someone did answer the phone when we called. The homeless family next door was very noisy even arguing loudly for 2 hours in the middle of the night.

After being turned off, the heater still blew air. I had to unplug it to stop.
No one attending office and could not call the number posted because of limited phone reception.

The employee that checked me in was professional and nice. She was also very helpful. The room was exactly what i needed, where i needed it to be. It was quiet and i felt safe staying there. It was nice to have a mini fridge and 2 beds available. Id stay here again

I forget her name, but the lady that checked us in and out was SO kind and friendly. She even came to our room to let us know there was an issue with the remote control for our room and showed us a workaround until they get it fixed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We were able to walk around the corner to have a good breakfast at a diner. We'd definitely return!
