Great hotel but the service desk did not tell us that you had to request our room to be cleaned. We only stayed 2 days so since we didnt request it the day before, our room didnt get cleaned.

Room was not clean
Pull out bed was ridiculous and uncomfortable.
Spoke with front desk staff and was told to book 3rd party online for best price.
Why did staff not meet 3rd party price?

Room was great! Big comfy bed and nice clean room. The flooring in the hallways and elevators had a good amount of wear and tear but I think they are about to do some updating. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, bright hotel with friendly service. Unexceptional breakfast but adequate. Convenient location. Gym exceptionally large but had several missing or
broken weights and machines.

Cristine was extra nice when we returned at 9pm from the conference. We ran into a few friends at the conference that were also staying here so we stopped for a bottle of wine to share a nightcap. Cristine not only provided a wine opener she also supplied wine glasses and told us we could use the lounge. Thanks so much it was nice to have a comfortable place to catch up with friends.
