I stayed here over Easter and was very pleased. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Our shuttle driver Dale was so helpful making sure we knew how to get to our sightseeing destinations. The location is perfect with a huge mall and many restaurants right nearby. The train station also nearby got us into DC quickly without having to change trains.

Had a positive stay at Residence Inn Tysons Corner. The bed was comfy and breakfast was decent. The highlight of our visit was the shuttle service and driver, Mr. Dale. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to be in the presence of. If in the area again, would stay here just because of Dale, he's the nicest guy!

My room was very noisy. The sound of the fridge and the A/C was so loud it was hard to stay asleep when both kicked on and off alternatively.

This hotel is so terrible it is shameful to carry the Marriott name. It was dirty, it smelled, the desk staff are wholly unhelpful. Parking is atrocious and there are no real amenities. I would look to any other property in the area first. I would never stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best Marriotts with regard to staff and hospitality. Sean Flynn, the General Manager was super friendly and accommodating. Dale, the shuttle driver was extraordinary. I felt like I was at home with this team. I travel to DC on business 1-2/a year and will plan all of my stays at this property. Highly recommend! Plus, it is right in the heart of great shopping and restaurants and public transportation.

Unfortunately after a long day of travel I waited for 15 minutes at the front desk before someone finally showed up to check me in. He then had a horrible attitude and did not even apologize for the wait. The room is nice but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Absolutely wonderful hotel staff. Very engaging and super friendly!! My five nights stay here for work was 100% enjoyable. From check-in to check-out the entire hotel staff was on their A++++++++++++ game. Room was spacious and spotless each day when I returned from the work location and the kitchenette was great for fixing quick meals late at night. The shower in the bathroom was great. Steady pressure and plenty of hot water. Large vanity so I didn't feel cramped shaving and brushing my teeth in the morning. Best part of the stay was interacting with Dale the shuttle bus driver the night he dropped us off at a local watering hole to celebrate the completion of our project.

I spent three nights this month at this Tysons Corner location and was very pleased with the entire stay. It’s location is close to Tyson’s Corner Mall/Galleria and and tons or dining choices. The property is kept up well and rooms were very clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices and a separate coffee bar if all you needed was a cup to go. While all the staff was friendly, I wanted to especially mention Dale who chauffeured us to nearby locations as well as cleaned up after breakfast. He was always happy to help and very friendly and polite. It made us feel like we were at home staying with family.
