Exceptional well cleaned, all linen freshly changed every day, electronics up to date, spacious rooms. Carparking off street super clean along with grounds and garden, friendly staff, on site small general shop. A lot of small eating establishments all around, Exceptional well catered breakfast choice.

ตั้งแต่ต้อนรับ จอดรถ หาพนักงานไม่เจอ ล็อบยี้อยู่ภายในลึกๆ พนักงานไม่มายหกระเป๋าให้เลย อาหารมีแต่ผัดผัก ห้องน้ำ ฝักบัวตั้งสูงมากอาบน้ำแล้วน้ำล้นออกมา พื้นลื่น ราคาค่อนข้างสูง

โรงแรมอยู่ในตัวเมืองแต่มีความสงบเป็นส่วนตัว เดินทางสะดวก ห้องพักสะอาด เรียบร้อยดีค่ะ แอร์ใหม่เย็นสบาย ที่จอดรถเยอะ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายและอร่อยมากค่ะ คุณพ่อคุณแม่ประทับใจมาก พนักงานน่ารักบริการดี ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปพักที่นี่ซ้ำแน่นอนค่ะ

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Every time I have found it clean, well attended to and the staff very helpful. The amenities are great too. But their breakfast is a failure. All the food is cold every time. Cold eggs and ham and sausages just really don't go over well. Today I told the staff about it and hopefully they will fix it.

Natsiri is a nice little oasis in the middle of Ubon. As this isn't a tourist town, the prices are reasonable. Overall, the place is quite nice, especially compared to the rural spots we've been in the past few days. The regular rooms are appropriately sized, and the beds a bit softer than many beds in Thailand (though for this Farang, they are still a bit hard, but workable). The one big oddity here is that a place this nicely built has steps up and down all over. Exit the elevator on your floor and there is a step down (my wife missed it the first time, despite the yellow tape on the floor). Step into your room and there's a step up. Step into your bathroom and there's a step down. Have the included breakfast and in the middle of the dining room there's a big step up. Go through the lobby area and if you go to the bathrooms there's a step up. Etc... The breakfast had quite a few options, including cheap ice cream. It was fine. Of course, the choices are all Thai. Overall, we recommend, especially at this price.
