The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your de***ds met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jag***dir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

Best food ! Best service and the ambience awesome ! Fav place from now.. Very amazing services by Ram Singh Ji , Nirbhay Singh ji , and Dhruva ji 🙏🏻 We tried mutton it was authentic lal maans of Rajasthani taste and amazing Rajasthani vegie papad ***godi ! Loved everything thanks a lot will visit more n more 🎉🎉 and the drinks were amazing the cocktails yummm

Superb food and drink. Lovely hospitality. Love the environment. We had a positive experience quite and amazing service. Specially big thank you to Bhupendra and Vipin received us warmly and guided us very well. Lunch was excellent. Highly recommended

Excellent property! First class rooms makes me feel like home! Comfy bed, access to all of breathtaking City Palace. Loved the food! The restaurant Paatiya is beautiful with stunning views. The food was delicious. From pizza to fried rice to gorgeous breakfast, all served by the charismatic and warm Lalu Ram, Kuldeep Singh and Pinky! They were so welcoming and friendly and gave superb service! Do visit this palace hotel! HRH Group is amazing. Kudos!

Great service from waitor Nirbhay Singh . We were given a warm welcome and Nirbhay gave us suggestions of what dishes we would like as we mentioned to him that we were pure veg and preferred our dishes if possible to be without onion and garlic . Our needs were fulfilled and all the dishes he suggested were of delicious . He looked after us well and the service he provided us was of great standards and brilliant .Thank you Nirbhay for looking after us and we enjoyed the meal and had a lovely evening dining in .

Amazing palace / hotel. Felt a bit dreamy. The room was outstanding. Very comfortable and well maintained by Pradeep Kumar and staff. The food was always delicious and staff with Kuldeep Rathore was always top class with service and recommendations. The grounds well maintained and overall service, comfort and location above average. Simply a special experience. I will stay here again the next time I am in town.
