The room is very unhygienic and it’s smell very bad. The bathroom is not clean and the bed and bedsheet smell is intolerable and horrible

Poor maintenance. There's no one in the reception most of the time. The place looks like it's abandoned.

Not a good place not maintained properly full of liquor bottles outside the rooms and verandah smells bad in the room and even worse at the bed

Maintenance was not good. The first room was the worst. It was not cleaned. Spider web wan here and there. Washroom was dirty. We approached him again and then he gave us a second room that was average. This hotel is not for the family.

Pathetic, disgusting, it's not at all an lodge/room. It's just an footbath stay with walls around. Toilets, roofs, beds are cleaned ages ago. Stinky, hairs, used soaps, shampoos are lying everywhere. I had to take another stay at own cost.

It was a terrible experience, firstly this is not even single rating worth for this Hotel, dirty bathrooms, no power sockets, full of bedbugs if it’s a emergency accommodation spend another 400-500 to get a decent stay, stay safe, Receptionist always resting in AC rooms and no time for customers , wherever you put your hands you can feel the sticky feel like touching a rotten fish, stay away from this booth Bangla!

Price is less but very low maintained property, still they can keep clean, only the place is near by city.

Ill maintained. We had to complain for everything to be fixed - ac, lights, sheets. Plus there's no staff other than the reception person, who got annoyed by every complaint - which is also understandable because he was the only one handling things. Though the least they can do is realise they're doing a bad job at maintaining the property and be courteous and polite when asked to help. And maybe hire a few helpers.
