The location is very near to temple entrance but since it is accessible via narrow lanes, no auto or car can reach it. You need to walk with your luggage. Property is new and has lift. Stay was pretty comfortable and allowed us 4 hr early checkin as well, so grateful for the hospitality. Hotel arranged a good car and driver for our next day omkareshwar trip as well. Restaurant at ground floor is excellent, taste of food is great and customize basis your needs. The only major concern i had was that the rooms were not neat and clean. There was dust and ants/insects. If they work on their cleanliness, it'll be one of the best places to stay.

The best part of the location is that it is a 5 minute walk from the mahakal temple. The staff is very supportive. The food is also tasty. Early check in is also available. The staff is so helpful that they picked and dropped the luggage and stayed with you until you left safely.

Major advantage of maheshwari avenue is its location. Temple is just walkable distance.
