Receptionist made check in easy and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town for work.

First room we were assigned to had a smoke alarm going off. I advised the front desk and no one ever showed up to fix the problem. I had to go back down a second time and they switched our rooms. We switched to a second room, which we thought was fine, until my wife woke up the next morning with bug bites all over her arms. I notified hotel staff and I’ll I got was a sorry. I wasn’t asked for any further information, and never received any feedback from management. Needless to stay, I will never stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Ukiah again. We are looking into the reporting process with the State for bed bug incidents.

This hotel is clean and fresh. It doesn’t seem very old and I was able to get a good night sleep because I couldn’t hear my neighbors.

There is a really good Mexican restaurant across the parking lot right next to Starbucks. The staff were so helpful.

It’s in a good location with plenty of shopping and food options close by. It was clean and staff was nice and helpful.

I didnt like getting walked in on at 1:30am in the morning having a group of people coming into my room not understanding somebody was already in the room. The toilet seat was broken and when i would sit down it would cut my rear end

Great place to stay. Staff were great. Only draw back was the number of pets in the hotel.

Old but clean; the room is big. we enjoyed a good and warm breakfast. Staff are approachable and friendly. Walking to nearby restaurants, a lot of choices. Overall it is better than we expected.
