We stayed in this hotel for a weekend, we were delighted with the hotel , the personnel were so kind and helpful. We stayed with our dog, she was treated as another guest. Totally recommended. The location is stunning with a lovely river nearby where you can refresh yourself

We were so pleased with our stay. As our itenerary evolved we had considered cancelling this stop but I'm so glad we didn't. The hospitality was so kind and welcoming, the grounds were lovely and they have done a wonderful job resorting and maintaining this old building to feel historical but absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We were traveling with a baby and they were so kind and helpful to us. Additionally, this is a beautiful part of Spain to explore and only an easy 30 minute drive to Pamplona or just over an hour to San Sebastián. I would highly recommend!

La habitación perfecta, todo muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, estupendo. Hemos pasado una noche en paz y con silencio que era lo que buscábamos. Los dueños muy simpáticos y atentos, nos explicaron dónde comer y que ver. Todo de 10. Muchas gracias 😊. La única pega que vemos es que no hay nada: ni un bar ni tienda ni nada, para todo hay que moverse en coche. Pero todo queda cerca la verdad.

Un auténtico remanso de paz, entre montañas verdes y tranquilas y ríos sinuosos que invitan a la lectura en sus riberas. Establecimiento boutique, con un equipo familiar muy completo que está pendientes de todo, desde Jesús un gran experto en vinos, pasando por Lorena en cocina y sala, con Silverio de logística, un gran plantel. En un pueblito delicioso, tranquilo, de cuento, donde vuelan águilas, corren caballos y la tranquilidad es la norma. Es increíble que esté muy cerca de Pamplona y sea tan acogedor. Tiene ascensor con lo cual para quien pueda andar con problemas de movilidad es ideal. Muy muy recomendable. Se come además muy bien en el propio hotelito o en el pueblo donde Pello. Estuvimos como base para la visita a las cuevas de Urdax y Zugarramurdi que son imprescindibles. Volveremos.

Después de una estancia de dos noches, el sabor que nos queda es más agrio que dulce. Tanto el agua caliente como la calefacción no funcionaron debidamente durante la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo allí, habiendo sido la bañera el principal motivo por el que elegimos este hotel y de la cual no pudimos hacer uso, ya que el agua estaba demasiado fría. Además, las paredes son bastante finas, por lo que cuando los huéspedes de la habitación contigua se despertaban, los ruidos inevitables de estos, también nos despertaban a nosotros. Aunque he de añadir, que las camas son muy cómodas y llevando tapones supongo que este problema se podría haber evitado. El desayuno es correcto y los dueños son muy amables. Una pena que el recuerdo que nos queda de nuestro tiempo allí no sea positivo.

Muy amables y la habitación bonita, pero el precio desorbitado y no hay absolutamente nada alrededor. Si quieres salir a ver algo o a tomar algo antes de cenar, imposible, necesitas moverte media hora en coche.
