What a clown show! Expect exactly what you see. Dirty and run down with incompetent management. Mould in the Microwave and Kettle. Drunk guests blocking the access gate. Cold water over Christmas. Leaking toilet and taps. Billing information and dates not documented correctly. The list goes on.....
