cockroaches in bathroom; fluorescent lights burned out that needed replacement; housekeeping came in (presumably to clean) at 3 AM, woke me up and exited, but did not turn off the light

I wouldn’t come to this hotel ever again, it’s dirty, have bugs and I’ve been move to 4 rooms since I checked in Monday. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody

The room wqs clean but the bathroom still had a bar soap in it. This hotel needs new mattress because it definitely wasn't comfortable. The 2nd floor hallway smelled funny

The picture of the rooms doesn’t match what they look like in person. The room was tacky, dirty, and small. When we checked in, we checked right back out and went to a Hilton. It was very dissapointing .

That beds where the worst quality ever image. I could feel ever spring in the bed. Overnight front desk person didn’t provide the best service. Also kept tell us to book thru the app without any actual help. The light bulb was dim in the room as well. I understand it’s a bit hard to control pest in different areas but I also saw a roach.
